Exporting Calendars

 This tutorial shows how to export your project schedule from BuilderPal: 
 
 As an Excel file ( .xlsx ) for reporting, editing, or sharing

 Prerequisites 
 
 Role or permission needed: Any team member with access to the project 
 Setup required: Log in to BuilderPal and open the desired project 
 
 Steps 
 1. Open the Schedule 
 
 From the project dashboard, click Schedule in the left sidebar. 
 
 2. Export as Excel (.xlsx) 
 
 Select XLSX 
 The file will download immediately 
 
 
 Confirmation 
 You’ll know it worked when you receive: 
 
 An .xlsx file that opens in Excel with the current project schedule 
 
 Tips 
 
 Pro tip: Apply filters or set a date range before exporting so the file includes only what you need. 
 Shortcut: The .xlsx file opens directly in Excel for fast editing or sharing.
