FAQ

What file types are supported for upload?
BuilderPal supports common formats like PDF, JPEG, PNG, DOCX, and more—up to 100MB per file. If a file type isn't accepted, convert it to a supported format before uploading.

Can I upload multiple files at once?
Yes, select multiple files from your device or links in one go, but ensure they all go to the same project and folder to avoid reorganization later.

Why can't I see the share option for subcontractors?
This option appears only if your project has active bid packages or linked subcontractors. If not visible, first set up subcontractors in your project settings.

What happens if I upload to the wrong folder?
You can move the file afterward by editing its details in the Documents page, but double-check the parent folder during upload to save time.

Is there a limit on storage?
Free plans have generous storage, but Pro offers unlimited. Monitor usage in your account settings to avoid hitting caps.
