The AI Chat is powered exclusively by the BuilderPal Help Center knowledge base.
It scans all published articles and returns the most relevant answer immediately.
If your question involves account-specific details or something the AI can’t resolve, a live support agent joins the conversation.
When live agents are offline, a ticket form appears so you can still get help.
Privacy & Security
The AI has zero access to your projects, files, conversations, timesheets, invoices, or any private workspace data. Only human agents can access account information when you explicitly need that level of support.

No. The AI only reads published Help Center articles. It cannot see your projects, files, messages, timesheets, or billing information.
What happens if the AI can’t answer my question?
The chat automatically transfers to a live support agent (if available) or shows a ticket form so you can leave a message and get a reply via email.
Is live support available 24/7?
The AI is 24/7. Live agents are available during business hours and for urgent issues; outside those hours you can submit a ticket.

Refresh the page, disable pop-up blockers, check your connection, or open the Help Center in a new tab. If it still doesn’t appear, email support@builderpal.com.
