  • BuilderPal Pro subscription. Upgrade to BuilderPal Pro
  • Admin or Supervisor role with access to Timesheet Settings.
  • Team members must have location services enabled on their devices.

Steps

  1. Navigate to Timesheet Settings in the app.

  2. In Permissions, turn on Clock Location verification.

  3. Select team members and check the box to require location verification for them.

  4. View the map to confirm time entries match job site locations.

Once enabled, clock-in attempts will prompt for GPS verification, and you'll see location pins on the map view for approved entries, confirming accurate on-site logging.
