Edit Project Details

Summary

This tutorial guides you through updating key project information like name, address, timeline, and budget in BuilderPal. It's useful for keeping project data accurate as details change during planning or execution.

Prerequisites

  • Role or permission needed: Admin (GC), Admin (SUB), Admin (SHORTCUT), Team Project Manager, or Team Business Manager.
  • Any setup required: Log in to BuilderPal and select an active project to edit.

Steps

  1. Access the Project Settings

    • Instruction: Navigate to your project dashboard and open the project you want to edit, in the list.

  2. Open the Edit Details Section

    • Once in the project, the options on the left sideba allow you to edit the sections on screen as needed.

  3. Update the Project Information

    • Instruction: Modify fields such as project name, start/end dates, address, budget, or description as needed, then review for accuracy.


  4. Save Your Changes

    • Instruction: Click Save or Update Project at the bottom to apply the edits.
